SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Texas women's basketball senior Madison Booker was named to the 20 player watch list for the 2027 Cheryl Miller Award, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced on Wednesday. Booker was the recipient of the Cheryl Miller Award in 2024, 2025 and 2026. She is one of two players that have earned the award three times with the other being Ashley Joens, who played at Iowa State.
The Cheryl Miller Award, in 10th year, honors the top small forwards in women's Division I women's college basketball. It is named after the three-time Naismith Player of the Year and Class of 1995 Hall of Famer Cheryl Miller.

In her collegiate career at Texas, Booker has 1,969 points, 699 rebounds, 431 assists and 199 steals. She is the only player in program history that has reached those totals. Booker shot over 50 percent from the field last season and has a career field goal percentage of 47.8 percent from the field.
